I really admire the ingenuity and talent involved in creating these papercraft. The best source, with daily updates, that I've seen around is PaperKraft.net

Take a look around the site, check out their links to other interesting papercrafts, you'll be glad you did, especially if you have kids and want to get them involved in using their hands, not just their thumbs on a video-game conroller. :)
